Brain Natriuretic Peptide

Kategorie Laboruntersuchung
Stand05.01.2022
Abrechenbarkeit EBM
ErbringerEigenleistung
MethodeCLIA
Material
0,5 mL EDTA-Plasma (am Wochenende und wenn nicht am gleichen Tag im Labor, bitte tiefgefroren einsenden)
Indikation
Ausschlussdiagnostik bei V. a. Herzinsuffizienz, Verlaufskontrolle bei bekannter Herzinsuffizienz
Richtwert
  Alter   Männer   Frauen
   < 45   <  29    <  36 ng/l
45 - 54   <  33    <  57 ng/l
55 - 64   <  39    <  75 ng/l
65 - 75   <  69    <  75 ng/l
   > 75   < 121    < 167 ng/l
Interpretation
< 100 ng/l     niedriger BNP-Spiegel
               Herzinsuffizienz zu 98 % unwahrscheinlich
100 - 400 ng/l moderate BNP-Erhöhung
               eingeschränkte diagnostische Spezifität für
               Herzinsuffizienz, auch bei Myokardinfarkt,
               linksventrikulärer Hypertrophie, hypertropher
               Kardiomyopathie, Lungenembolie, Cor
               pulmonale, Niereninsuffizienz
> 400 ng/l     deutliche BNP-Erhöhung
               Herzinsuffizienz zu 95 % wahrscheinlich
Kurzinformation
Hinweis: Unter Therapie mit Entresto (ARNI-Therapie) kommt es zu einer Erhöhung von BNP, so dass BNP nicht als Marker geeignet ist!
